We strive to deliver the lowest price along with the best products possible to obtain which we often combine with free postage.

Postage costs however are always increasing, A Medium Package with Tracking Signature Required delivery service costs on average for 1 product £6.50 and a little more at £7.20 for 2 products, add on the additional packing and payment processing costs. On the flip side, a Small Package Signature Required with Tracking delivery service costs approx £2.50 including packing/processing costs, so its quite clearly massively cheaper.

In light of this, we remove ALL unnecessary packing which can include, boxes/bottles/tubs/labels/etc to reduce the size of your package and the applied postage costs meaning we can offer FREE signed for, tracked postage to you. All the information required can be found on the website, obtained via email or will be re-printed.

Don’t worry we recycle everything, right down to removing plastic windows from cardboard boxes, peeling labels off bottles and regular visits to the recycling centre, on your behalf.

Returns Policy
You must contact us to inform us of your intention to return an item, to obtain a return address within 7 days.

Unwanted Items must be returned unopened, unused, and re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt at the buyers expense.

We recommend a postal service which requires a signature, and provides proof of postage with suitable insurance.

Items ordered in error by the customer (Wrong Size, Colour, Flavour or failing to read the description fully) that wish to be returned will be subject to a £5.95 restock fee. This is for the Original Pick, Re-stock, delivery costs and packaging on the original delivery. This does not apply to faulty, damaged, substituted items or incorrect items shipped by mistake.

We are unable to accept returns for products which have been opened or used. Any items returned in this condition without prior authorisation will result in our descision to withdraw the offer of a refund in whole or part.
